Beautiful beachfront and amazing pools.

I experienced the worst stay imaginable. The staff locked us in our rooms during a storm for 24 hours, offering terrible food that we couldn't even eat. We had expected a 5-star experience, but were left hungry and frustrated. It was infuriating to see the resort next door operating normally while we were trapped.

I had a great time enjoying the breathtaking ocean views from my beautiful room while sipping fantastic cocktails by the pool. The spa was a perfect place to unwind with a couple's massage and access to the outdoor jacuzzi. The only downside was the longer wait times for dinner reservations, but I’d definitely recommend reserving ahead to avoid missing out! 🌴

A delightful escape by the beach

Early morning strolls on the beach were magical. The staff made us feel like royalty, and the sun setting over the ocean left us in awe each evening.

However, navigating the crowded dining areas during peak hours was challenging. At times, the noise levels made it hard to enjoy our meals fully.

The pools were beautiful and warm, perfect for a relaxing afternoon. Meals were generally good, especially at the Italian restaurant. However, I waited up to two hours for dinner at some spots due to the long waiting list. I found the lunch options at the beach view restaurant lacking, especially the chicken and fajitas. Deserts around the hotel didn’t impress. I had issues with our ocean view room being partially blocked by trees. The hotel has potential but needs better seating arrangements by the pool and improved meal options. Overall, a relaxing visit but with room for improvement.

I loved being steps away from Playa Marlin beach and taking leisurely strolls to La Isla Shopping Village, making my stay a blend of relaxation and exploration. plus, the attentive staff created a welcoming atmosphere that made me feel at home throughout my visit.

We had a fantastic stay at this resort celebrating my wife's birthday! The beach was pristine, and we indulged in delicious meals from the various restaurants, especially the seafood. The staff was incredibly attentive, particularly Eladio from the concierge, who made sure our needs were met seamlessly.

In my wife’s opinion, clearer shuttle service information would be helpful.

Had a fantastic time! The nightly dinners at MB were incredible, especially the fresh seafood. Also, the daily yoga sessions with Erika were a highlight. Just a heads up, the Premium Ocean Front doesn't actually have a terrace as shown in the photos. Can't wait to come back!

The atmosphere is soothing and well-thought-out, but

the amenities could benefit from slight improvements in variety. While we enjoyed the peaceful vibe and excellent service from the staff, the dining options felt a bit repetitive, which was a letdown during a week-long stay.

The spa treatments were AMAZING! I felt so relaxed and rejuvenated after my massages. The view from our room was great, but we had some issues with the air conditioning. Still, overall a nice stay.
